Melissa Logan enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Maintenance Technician after graduating from high school. After six years, she moved on to baking for Optimal Nutrition, Inc, and then to college. Her background is varied, with experience in administration, satellite communications, baking, customer service, equipment inventory management, and tutoring. Diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses, interests in nutrition, natural living, and cooking have become an asset and a priority. She is now working toward a BS in Public Health.
Logan has written for Family Focused Health International, Sport of Mind - IDEAL, Quips and Tips from the Working World, Quips and Tips for Achieving Your Goals, and is a member of She Writes.
